Abstract
The dynamic characteristics of the machine structure are used to ensure precision of machining. Based on finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench 12.0, machine spindle structure and headstock are analyzed, the three- dimensional model is build by Pro/E software, and then imported into ANSYS Workbench 12.0 software for finite element modeling and modal analysis, the natural frequencies and mode shapes is analyzed, on the basis of analyzing the modal graph, the maximum deformation area is evaluated and the corresponding structure optimization is suggested according to resonance weak points.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
