Abstract
Objective To research the role of interleukin 6(IL-6),interleukin 8(IL-8),interleukin 10(IL-10) and tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α) in severe acute pancreatitis(SAP) in the role, and on SAP with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS) prediction significance. Methods 40 SAP patients in our hospital from 2009 to 2012 were emergency surgery patients(SAP group),according to its whether complicated with MODS were divided into MODS group(10 cases) and non MODS group(30 cases). The difference in incidence after visiting the 0.5,1,2,3,5,7 days of venous blood, determination of content of IL-6,IL-8,IL-10,TNF-α,and compared with 40 healthy persons(normal group). Results Patients in SAP group IL-6,IL-8,IL-10 compared with normal group in each time period, the differences were statistically significant(P0.005);IL-6,IL-8,IL-10,TNF-α content in the SAP group increased after the onset,1~3 Tianda peak began to decline after. In MODS group,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 after the doctor before 3d were significantly higher than the MODS group, the differences were statistically significant(P0.01);The content of IL-10 in treatment group MODS after 2~5d were significantly higher than that in non MODS group, the differences were statistically significant(P0.01).Conclusion SAP can cause the cytokine reaction obviously,to observe the changes of serum cytokines in patients with IL-6,IL-8,IL-10,TNF-α,and assess the prognosis of the judgment to the illness.
