Abstract
Objective To study the clinical significance and changes of serum TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8、PAF in patients with severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).Methods Serum TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8、PAF values of all patients were measured by ELISA.50 cases with mild AP(MAP group),50 cases with SAP(SAP group) and 30 non-pancreatitis patients as control in group. Results Serum levels of TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8、PAF in MAP group were significantly increased than in the control group(P0.001); Serum levels of TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8、PAF in SAP group were significantly increased than those of MAP and control group(all P0.001),TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8、PAF were significantly increased in 3 death patients as compared to 47 survivals(all P0.05).Conclusion The determination of serum levels of TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8、PAF and APACHE-Ⅱ score may be served as effective marks to predict the pathogenetic condition and outcome of severe acute pancreatitis.
