Abstract

The construction of the Capital Economic Circle provided an opportunity to promote the integration of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.This paper analyzed the several key breakthrough points in the construction of the Capital Economic Circle,explored the innovative mechanisms and models for co-operation,joint development of medium and small cities around the Capital,the leading role of the Capital in gathering and distributing of production factors,and innovation.
