Abstract
As the efficiency of lycopene by supercritical fluid extraction was much lower,the authors used the way of solvent pre-process to increase the stuff's purity and the dissociation degree of lyconpene.This paper mainly investigate different effect of factors,such as solvent,ratio of solid-liquid,time,temperature and times on extraction.The result showed that under the conditions of extraction:solvent was petroleum-aether,ratio of solid-liquid was 1:6,extraction time was 2h,temperature was 30℃,times were 3,the content of lycopene reached 1.866%.
