Abstract
The results showed the best conditions for super critical CO2 extraction of lycopene were: extract pressure 35 MPa,extract temperature 55 ℃,resolute temperature 35 ℃,n-hexane added for 20 % of the total material, and extraction time 2 h.The extraction rate of lycopene could reach 93.98 % under these conditions.Super critical CO2 extraction of lycopene can not only overcome the shortcomings of the traditional extraction methods, but is also particularly effective for lycopene extraction of such heat-sensitive materials.
