Abstract
[Objective] To explore the possibility of detecting the P16INK4A and survivin to predict the cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) and squamous cell carcinoma(SCC).[Methods]The p16INK4A and survivin expressions in 129 cases of CIN and 72 cases of SCC were detected with immunohistochemistry.[Results]In CIN1,CIN2,CIN3 and SCC,the p16 INK4A expression rates were 25.0%,42.9%,85.8% and 97.2%,respectively.It was positive correlation between the grade of CIN and P16INK4A expression, while the survivin expression rates were 56.7%,33.3%,67.5% and 97.2%,respectively.The difference of survivin expression in CIN 3 and SCC was significant(P0.05).[Conclusions]The detection of P16INK4A and survivin can be helpful to judge the grade of CIN and SCC.
