Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of Bcl-2 and the relationship between the expression and the clinical pathology characteristic in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods The expression of Bcl-2 was detected in 80 NSCLC samples and 40 lung benign lesion tissues as control by immunohistochemistry(S-P).Results The expression level of Bcl-2 was found to be significantly higher in NSCLC tissues than that in benign lesion tissues(P0.01);The expression level of Bcl-2 was closely related to histological classification in lung cancer patients(P(0.05)).Conclusion The increasing of Bcl-2 expression is may be related to the pathogenesis and development of lung cancer.
