On law and the building of the harmonious society

Abstract
Harmonious view is termed as order in the legal context. The key point of building a harmonious society is to adjust the relationship between the power of state and individual rights and to find the balance between them. Only with just and fair rules can the society develop harmoniously. The theory of harmonious development will be the guideline for changing the world only when it is applied in the concrete and regulated social practice.
