On the Relationship between the Harmonious Rule of Law and Harmonious Society

Abstract
Harmonious society is a system as a whole,of which harmonious rule of law is an important part. Harmonious conception of society when embodied in law construction is harmonious rule of law,which is the indispensible guarantee of building harmonious society,while the realization of harmonious rule of law should also be based on harmonious society. This paper makes an attempt to clarify the two terms namely harmonious society and harmonious rule of law and illustrate the important relationship between them.
