Abstract
The rule of law is the primary feature and core content of a harmonious society,and it is also a premise and institutional guarantee for a harmonious society.Therefore,the harmonious society is essentially a rule-of-law society,whose ultimate purpose is to build a harmonious society.The article points out that the establishment of a harmonious society should begin with the building of a rule-of-law society.
