Discussion on existing problems in university instructor work under new circumstances and their corresponding countermeasures

In order to provide new thoughts for university instructor work under new circumstances,this paper investigates the following problems of transactional work,college expansion,new characteristics of college students after 90s,and socialization of logistics management.As grassroots university ideological and political instructors,we are supposed to improve working thoughts to guide students to realize their healthy individual development by widening communication channels with students,harmonious education with student oriented,fairly treating routine affairs,and promoting the participation management of student cadres and student Party members.
