Abstract
In this paper, the effects of pH value on the main digestive enzyme activities in intestinal canal and hepatopancreas in Sparus macrocephalus were studied. The results showed:in normal pH value in Sparus macrocephalus, the trend of protease activities of the intestinal canal and hepatopancreas are stomachintestinehepatopancreas, the trend of amylase activities of the intestinal canal and hepatopancreas are hepatopancreasintestinestomach, and the trend of lipase activities of the intestinal canal and hepatopancreas are intestinehepatopancreasstomach. The optimum pH values of stomach, intestine and hepatopancreasfor protease are 2.0,7.0,7.5 respectively, for amylase are 5.0,7.0,7.0 ,and for lipase are 4.0,7.5,7.0
