Abstract
Bio-oil,and starch were used as the main material for preparing environmental friendly and low price bio-oil starch adhesive( BOSA) which was applied in the preparation of interior plywood. Influence of the starch emulsion concentration, acrylamide content, ammonium sulfate and bio-oil content on the bonding strength, solid content and viscosity of BOSA were investigated, and the optimal preparation conditions were determined by orthogonal experiments. The results showed that the BOSA had best combination property, its bonding strength( 1. 44 MPa) could reach the national standard GB / T 9846—2004 of class Ⅲ plywood( ≥0. 7 MPa) requirement, and the storage life reached 15 days when mass fractions of the concentration of starch emulsion was 40%,ammonium sulfate content was 2. 5%,acrylamide and bio-oil content were 20%.
