Abstract

Geographic information system(GIS) ,as one of key technologies for power enterprises informationization construction,plays an increasingly important role in enterprises production management of Zhejiang electric power company.This paper describes the business framework of GIS,and states GIS business plan by stages.Further,key technologies for GIS construction,such as GIS infrastructure design,integrated power network modeling,GIS physical architecture design,and GIS and PMS application integration design are adequately studied.Finally,the experience for Zhejiang electric power GIS construction is summed up.
