Abstract
Geographical Information System(GIS) and Power GIS is introduced in brief.Based on power GIS special demands and Dotong power GIS model,the application in electric manage department is discussed in detail.The results indicated that Power GIS is a integrated system constructed from several subsystems that work in coodination.
