Empirical Study on the Influencing Factors of Safety Culture in Coal Mining Enterprises

Safety conception is the core of safety culture in coal mining enterprises.Safety system,safety behavior and safety equipment and materials all mutually revolve around safety conception.The effects of employee's need for safety,safety awareness,sense of social safety value,communication systems,social safety need,education and training systems,safety accidents,industrial characteristics,national safety laws and regulations,management participation,incentive systems,organizational commitment,productivity levels and socio-economic culture on the safety culture in mining enterprises are studied.It shows that all the factors except employee empowerment cause a certain influence on the safety culture in mining enterprises.Finally,appropriate suggestions for good safety culture cultivation are presented.
