Abstract
Combining with the safety production practice of Shanxi No.3 Construction and Engineering Company,the paper explores the safety production management,indicates from the staff safety training,the safety cultural construction of enterprises,and the safety production management system,and sums up some previous work experience and work points,so as to have the reference for the safety production management in construction enterprises.
