Effect of Coalmine Staff's Behaviors on Work Safety and Its Safety Culture Construction

This paper analyzes the main factors affecting coalmine's safety production and concludes that ill-formed individual behavior,leadership behavior and group behavior have led to frequent accidents in coal enterprises.Empirical analysis based on the survey data shows that staff behavior is one of important factors which impact safety production in coal enterprises and its impact degree accounts for about 11.2%;The coal enterprise behaviors impact enterprise safety production mainly through the channels of safety culture,so coal enterprises should construct safety culture to correct the ill-formed behaviors of staff,which offers implicit but effective protection for safety production in coal enterprises.
