Study on Toxicity Determination and Control Effect of Mixture of Abamectin and Matrine on Pieris rapae

The results of the test in the laboratory show that the co-toxicity coefficient of the mixture of abamectin and matrine(mass ratio 1∶24) to Pieris rapae(L.) was 168,with high toxicity as 210.53 times as matrine,and synergism of the mixture was remarkable.In the field trial,the control effect of 1 000,2 000 and 3 000 times of the 5% mixture EW to Pieris rapae were all over 98% during the 2～5 days after application,with the high effectiveness maintained for 7 days.
