Study on the Toxicity and the Control Effect of the Mixture of Abamectin and Matrine to Tetranychus cinnabarinus

The result of the test in laboratory showed that the co-toxicity coefficient of the mixture of abamectin and matrine(mass ratio 1:24) against Tetranychus cinnabarinus(Boisduval) is 155.84.Its toxicity is as 47.45 times as that of matrine and the synergism of the mixture is remarkable.In the field trial, the control effects of 1 000,2 000 and 3 000 times of the 5% mixture of abamectin and matrine EW to Tetranychus cinnabarinus are all over 93% within 2～5 days and over 83% on the 7th day after application,with the effectiveness maintained for 7 days.
