Abstract

Matrine had pesticidal effects on aphid.The pesticidal effects of different matrine mixtures on aphids showed that the treatments of matrine(0.5%)+abamectin(0.2%) and(matrine(0.5%))+abamectin(0.25%) had the best effect on aphids,whose LC_(50) were(0.088 15 mg/mL),0.074 54 mg/mL respectively, and the recommended concentration was 800 times diluted;the co-toxicity coefficient of mixed medicament was 125.64,and their medicamental avail represented additive effect.
