Clinical Observation and Nursing Care of Traditional Chinese Medicine Enema in Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis

Objective Observed enema with high-quality care for ulcerative colitis.Mothod To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine enema with.104 patients with ulcerative colitis methods in our hospital from 2010 January to 2012 October were patients,randomly divided into observation group 52 cases and control group 52 cases,control group with: sulphasalazine 4 montmorillonite powder g,3 G,and 200 ml normal saline enema,treatment group with TCM enema,treatment for 8 weeks.Results In the control group and the treatment group and the total clinical effective rate was 93.6%,74.2.%,the difference between the two groups were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Treatment of ulcerative colitis with simple conclusion enema,no significant side effects,clinical efficacy of treatment group was better than western medicine,at the same time for scientific nursing can effectively improve the therapeutic effect.
