Enema therapy and nursing care of chronic colitis

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of enema therapy of chronic colitis,and to summarize the nursing experiences.Methods 78 cases of chronic colitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 39 cases in each group.Both groups received Jianpizhixie decoction treatment.The observation group was added retention enema treatment with Jianpizhixie soup,but the control group received Western medicine enema retention enema,the clinical efficacy in both groups were observed.Results The total effective rate in observation group was 94.9%,but 76.9% in the control group,the difference between two groups was statistically significant (P0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese Medicine enema in treatment of chronic colitis with reasonable nursing care can achieve significant effect.
