Abstract

Objective To observe the diagnosis value of Color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of thyroid nodules.Methods 53 cases of thyroid nodules underwent color Doppler ultrasonography.Results There were 45 cases of benign nodules,and 8 of malignant.Diagnostic coincidence rate of ultrasound was 83.1%.The result showed that benign thyroid nodule morphology had multiple irregular shape,vague boundary,and internal structure for solid.Benign thyroid nodule morphology showed clear boundary,and internal structure can be performed for solid and cystic.Malignant thyroid nodules form irregular,vague boundary,internal structure for solid.Benign thyroid nodule morphology showed clear boundary,and internal structure can be performed for solid and cystic.Thyroid carcinoma and adenoma in 0 or 1 grade was less,but nodular goiter was more.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound can be used to diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules preliminarily.
