Abstract
Objective To investigate the color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of thyroid nodules value.Methods In June 2008 to October 2012 in our department for treatment of thyroid nodules 150 patients for the study,pathologically confirmed thyroid malignant nodules 94,132 benign nodules.Using Doppler ultrasound,benign and malignant nodules sonographic features and the distribution of blood flow characteristics.Results Irregular morphology of malignant thyroid nodules,the boundary is not clear,was solid hypoechoic nodules may be associated with micro-calcifications,with a rich blood.94 malignant nodules,the detection rate was 76.6%,misdiagnosis rate was 23.4%.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of malignant and benign thyroid nodule is important.
