Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the value of percutaneous CT-guided lung biopsy in pulmonary nodules.Method: 60 cases with pulmonary nodules were underwent by percutaneous CT-guided lung biopsy, which pathological results were followed up.Results: 57 cases with pulmonary nodules were succeed in making percutaneous lung biopsy; 3 cases failed .The success rate of per- cutaneous CT-guided lung biopsy was 95%, the accuracy with pathological diagnosis was 100%.Conclutsons: Percutaneous CT -guided lung biopsy is an accurate method in puncture, which has high accuracy in pathological diagnosis. And it is a major method in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of pulmonary nodulars.
