Abstract

SCI citation journals in the discipline of chemical engineering and journal indexes were analyzed statistically according to the journal resources of ISI Web of Science and database of Journal Citation Reports (JCR) 2002. The total cites and impact factors of chemical engineering journals were found to be low. Journals with high values of article numbers, total cites and impact factor were presented and significant journals were selected using the citation analysis method.
