Abstract

Objective :To explore the relationship between the Na of urinary and post - asphyxial renal tubules injury in neonates with asphyxia. Methods: The level of Na+ (Una)and β2-micoglobulin(β2-MG)in urinary were detected in neonates with asphyxia. Resultes:Compared with the control(22.03±2.58mmol/L,0.09±0.01mg/L)and mild asphyxia group(29.40±2.60mmol/L,3.67±2.00mg/L),the level of Una and β2-MG(41.20±3.62mmol/L,4.66±1.85mg/L) were significantly increased in severe asphyxia group (P0.05 or 0.01).The parameters above were obviously increased compared with mild asphyxia and the control(P 0.05) .The level of Una were negatively related to βb2- MG(r= 0.72,P0.05) .Conclusion:The level of Una may be used as the indicators of vealutating the severity of asphyxia and poetas-phyxial renal tubules injury in neonates.
