Analysis of dual compensation for third person's infringement and work injury——Taking a traffic accident for example

Abstract

For a long time,the injured staff can only get work insurance treatment or the compensation for the third person's infringement due to the injury caused by the third person's infringement.According to our present laws and regulations,if the work injury and the third person's infringement occur at the same time,the injured staff can get work insurance treatment and the civil compensation of infringer as well,i.e.dual compensation.
