The Studies of Applying the Punishing Compensation to the Environment Infringement in Our Country

Environment infringement is notably different from traditional civil infringement.In the present judicial practice only the confirmed harm of rights of person and property is compensated.Additionally because of the inequality of both parties in the environment infringement some victims have to give up the way of law relief.In order to solve this problem,this text attempts to introduce the punishing compensation system in the environment infringement,trying to seek a more unblocked route for the environment infringement relief.
