Abstract

Currently there are four basic modes between the industrial injury insurance and civil compensation at home and abroad: selection mode,substitution mode,compliment modes and supplement mode,each playing a different role in a different social period.With the development of society and rule of law,it is necessary to have a further study of such a compensation issue in order to construct a reasonable,scientif ic and feasible model of compensation.
