Abstract
The extraction process of total alkaloids from Portulaca oleracea L by the ultrasonic extraction was studied.Based on single factor test, response surface methodology(RSM)was used to study effects of ethanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio, extraction time and ultrasonic extraction time on extraction rate of total alkaloids. The best extraction conditions were determined as below:ethanol concentration 95%,ratio of the material-liquid 1∶10(g/mL),ultrasonic extraction time 15min,extraction time 1h.
