Abstract
Objective: To study on the ultrasonic extraction of polysaccharides of Portulaca oleracea by ultrasonic method. Methods: The ultrasonic method was used to gain the optimization extract condition of polysaccharides of Portulaca oleracea by and compared with the traditional water extraction. Results: Optimizing tests show that extraction duration should be at 45 min, temperature of extraction at 60 ℃,solvent-solid ratio 10∶1.Conclusion: Compared with the traditional water extraction, ultrasonic extraction has the higher extraction efficiency and less extraction solvent.
