Abstract

The extraction technology of polysaccharide from portulaca oleracea L. was studied in this paper. On basis of single factor experiments such as extraction time, temperature and material-water ratio and so on, the optimum extraction technology was determined by orthogonal experiments. With the microwave-assisted extraction for over 30 minutes, material-water ratio was 1:40; the dry materials were extracted 5 hours at the temperature of 100℃ two times. The temperature of extraction was the significant factor. Extraction concentrated to proper volume was precipitated with 4 times volume of 95% ethanol for 4 hours.
