Abstract

Objective: To explore extraction,purification and determination of polysaccharides in Ginkgo biloba.Methods: Polysaccharide was purified and determined based on different frequency of extraction,solid-liquid ratio,time etc.And the corresponding condition factors were determined.Polysaccharide was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method.Results: The yield of polysaccharides obtained was 12.2%,and it reached 9.8% after purification by active carbon.The content of the crude polysaccharide was 35.7%,and it reached 43.3% after purification.The deviation was less than 3.0% compared with standard content.Conclusions: This method can make better purification effect with good reproducibility,and in the experimental polysaccharide content was 4.3% in the Ginkgo biloba.
