Abstract

OBJECTIVE To approach the constituent ratio and drug-resistance of pathogens from infected urinary tract and offer the scientific evidence for clinically reasonable use of antibiotics.METHODS A total of 239 strains of pathogens from infected urinary tract were cultured and identified by routine methods according to the National Guide to Clinical Laboratory Procedures.Drug susceptibility testing was performed by K-B methods recommended by CLSI.RESULTS Among 239 strains of pathogens from infected urinary tract,Escherichia coli accounted for 64.9%,Enterococci accounting for 12.1%.Except for 100.0% sensitivity to glycopeptide antibiotics in Gram-positive bacteria and to carbapenem antibiotics in Gram-negative bacteria, the pathogens from infected urinary tract were resistant to commonly used antibiotics in different degrees.CONCLUSION The drug resistance in pathogens from infected urinary tract is on the rise, the prevention and control should be strengthened.
