Abstract

In order to improve the relationship between revenue distributions of land expropriation and protect farmers' rights and interests, this paper analyzes the short-term and long-term dynamic land expropriation compensation of farmers in consideration of natural, production and economic conditions based on theories of dynamic mechanism of land expropriation compensation and output multiplier method. It shows that good natural, production conditions and increasing GDP per capita and fiscal agriculture expenditure of economic conditions could increase land expropriation compensation of farmers, while urban-rural income gap and fixed assets investment reflecting urbanization restrain it.Moreover, land expropriation compensation along with rural-urban land conversion increases in short term but decreases in long term under the control of the conditions of nature, production and economy, which cuts off farmers' long-term access to the land added value. So it should reform the current land expropriation and compensation system and land market price mechanism to increase farmers' land expropriation compensation income space.
