Research on the model of land expropriation compensation for the Chinese land-lost farmers

With the Chinese urbanization accelerating,there have been distinct conflicts caused by frequent land expropriation.The main problems lie in the existing ineffective system of land expropriation,low level of land expropriation compensation and the unitary model of land expropriation compensation,which could not meet the long-term benefits of the land-lost farmers' survival and development.The paper analyzes the drawbacks and problems existing in the compensation for land-lost farmers by examining the current situation of Chinese land expropriation compensation.By learning advanced land expropriation compensation models abroad,we developed a diversification model of new land expropriation compensation suitable for the Chinese situation,and provided a new thought to tackle the Chinese current problems.
