Discussions on Compensation Issues for Land Expropriation

In China's current land expropriation system,there exist the issues of theoretical errors in land expropriation compensation standard,low compensation standard,inconsequence in the distribution of compensation expenditures,and different compensation prices for the same land parcels.Therefore,it is necessary for China's land expropriation compensation system to carry out reform more profoundly with the pace of economic development,such as in the rectification of land administration law,in the establishment of land expropriation evaluation mechanism,in the increasing of compensation standard,in the reform of rural land tenure system,and in the reform of profit distribution system,etc.
