Abstract
Hermeneutics is a subject of understanding and interpretation.The paper analyses the text and translating activity in detail from the perspectives of language,culture and time in hermeneutic circle theory,and shows the practicability and feasibility of introducing the hermeneutic theory into literary translation study.
