Abstract

Although it hasn't been clarified in the Constitution,the indemnity liability and the indemnity caused by the defects in public installation are stipulated in the indemnity system in Korea.The system includes specific theory of indemnity determinants,the main body of indemnity mechanism and the indemnity criteria.These would be valuable references for China's academic circles and judiciaries to introduce relative indemnity system reasonably and efficiently.
