Abstract
Objective To establish the standard values of cephalometry in adolescents with normal occlusion in Changzhou district. Methods 120 Han ethnic subjects evaluated in the study by normal occlusion, were selected to take lateral cephalograph.Linear and angular measurements were calculated, and cephalometrics parameters were analyzed based on application of Steiner and Tweed methods. The normal values were compared with those from Changchun and Xi′an.Results The norms with derivation for all measurement of X ray cephalometric analysis on hard tissues were established.Meanwhile, difference is shown in some hard tissue measurements with normal occlsion between the adolescents from Changzhou and from Changchun、Xi′an.Conclusion Difference exists in different regional population.
