The innovation of teaching evaluation system and the promotion of teaching quality

The establihment of a scientific teaching evaluation system plays a key role in ensuring the promotion of teaching quclity. The teaching evaluation system program carried out last semester enforced the concept that teaching is the center of school work above all, and teacher's awareness of teaching quality; and at the same time enhanced the communication between teacher's and student's, thus helped promote the studying style. However,there is still much room left to be improved in such fields as the teaching evaluation criteria, the monitoring of teaching process, etc. Therefore, great importance must be attached to the perfection of evalustion criteria and the key to monitoring of teaching process at different levels in order to promote teaching quality.
