Determination the Five Kinds of Rhubarb Anthraquinones in Yankening Tablets by HPLC

Objective:To determine the content of aloe-emodin,rhein,emodin,chrysophanol and physcion in Yankening Tablets by HPLC.Method:Using Kromasil C18 column(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm),the methanol(A)-0.1% phosphoric acid(B)was used as the mobile phase.Using gradient elution,0 ～ 10 min,75% ～ 85% A,10 ～ 20 min,85% ～ 90% A.The flow rate was 1.0 mL /min.The column temperature was 25 ℃ and the detection wavelength was 254 nm.Result:The linearity of this method were for 0.016-0.0960 mg,0.120-0.072 0 μg for rhein,0.016 0-0.096 0 μg for emodin,0.036 4-0.218 4 μg for chrysophanol,0.015 6-0.093 6 μg for physcion.There coveries of aloe-emodin,rhein,emodin,chrysophanol and physcion were 96.6%,97.2%,96.9%,98.1% and 96.2%.RSD were 0.76%(n = 5),1.35%(n = 5),1.57%(n = 5),1.25%(n = 5) and 0.62%(n = 5),respectively.Conclusion:This method was rapid,accurate and can be used as one kind of Yankening Tablets’quality control method.
