The Standards of Evaluation on News Value and the Reality of News Value

Abstract
The ultimate purpose of news spreading lies in the reality of news value, which ,in another way, depends on standards of evaluation on news value. Since there are two-level evaluation modes existed , it is obvious that three kinds of standards of evaluation on news value, which are influenced by the news itself , the journalists, and the audience should be well taken into consideration separately. At the same time, in view of the factors of history and environment, social regulation system as well as ideas about news value should be regarded as two standards of evaluation too. In practical news spreading, these five factors permeates each other, deciding the reality of news value simultaneously.
