Strengthening the Training of Teacher with Double Qualification,Promoting the Intensional Development of Higher Vocational Education

The development of higher vocational education puts forward the urgent requirement for the cultivation of teachers with double qualified structure and double qualified quality.This paper expounds the significance for higher vocational institute to cultivate the teacher with double qualified quality from three aspects which are the demand of talents' cultivation,the sense of achievement for the teacher,the need of development for higher vocational institute.It also presents suggestions for the cultivating way of the teacher with double qualified quality.
