Abstract

Enhancing the construction of double qualified teachers' team is an important aspect to promote the development of higher vocational institutes.This article analyzes the current situation of teaching staff of higher vocational institutes and the necessity of cultivating double qualified teacher.It presents the method and measure of the cultivation which are helpful for enhancing the construction of double qualified teachers' team.
