Abstract
Based on the technology of System on a Programmable Chip(SOPC) by Xilinx company and the XUP Virtex-II Pro development platform,the paper studies and realizes the hardware platform with PowerPC 405 processor,and it achieves the development of GPIO controller driver and application software in Linux system platform by the memory mapping mechanism,implements the control of GPIO equipment and realizes the data acquisition.The paper provides a fusion method for FPGA and embedded Linux operating system in embedded field.
