Abstract
This paper introduces the method of Building the embedded Linux system based on SOPC, Taking the Xilinx ML507 board based on the processor of Power PC as a hardware board. This paper introduced the building of hardware platform, building the cross complier, building the kernel image, making root file system and boot loader. Finally, the stability and reliability of the system are verified.
